A notary public is an official the State of Texas appoints to witness signatures. That’s it. That’s the job.
When you sign something in front of me, I do three things: I check a photo ID to confirm you are who you say you are, I make sure nobody is forcing you to sign, and I confirm you understand that you’re signing. Then I fill out a short certificate, sign it, and press my seal into it.
That seal is a message to whoever receives your document (a bank, a court, a county clerk, the DMV) telling them a neutral third party verified the signing. It’s why so many forms say “must be notarized.”
Why the role is narrow on purpose. A notary is a neutral party. I don’t read your document or take a position on what it says, and that neutrality is exactly what gives the seal its weight. Whoever receives your paperwork knows the person who verified it had no stake in the outcome.

I focus on straightforward notarizations, the kind most people need once or twice a year and want handled quickly and correctly.
Around the house
Powers of attorney, parental consent for a child’s travel, affidavits, sworn statements, bills of sale, custody and school forms, insurance paperwork.
Vehicles & property
Title transfers, vehicle storage facility forms, DMV paperwork, lien releases, deeds, and other documents headed to a county clerk.
Hospitals & care facilities
Bedside signings at hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, and hospice. I’ll ask a few questions first so the visit goes smoothly.
Bonded and insured, if the facility asks. Most do.
Loan signings
Refinances, HELOCs, purchases, and seller packages. I’m completing certification now and will add this as a full service.
Wills & estate documents
These need specific witnesses and careful handling, so I want to talk it through with you before we book rather than improvise on your doorstep.

Across San Antonio and the surrounding metro
I travel up to 25 miles from my base in the northeast metro. If you’re inside the gold ring, I’ll come to you. Inside the inner ring, travel is a flat $30 with no mileage added.
Who this is for
The notary problem nobody warns you about
Banks, shipping stores, and title offices all have notaries. They are also all open from nine to five, which is precisely when you are at work.
So you take a half day. Or you drive somewhere on your lunch break and find the one notary on staff is out. Or you put it off until the deadline is tomorrow and now it is a problem.
That is the gap this business exists to fill. I meet people after they clock out, on weekends, and at whatever address is convenient for them. Nurses coming off shift, contractors who cannot leave a job site, families sorting out paperwork for a parent, anyone whose schedule does not line up with a bank lobby.
You should not have to burn PTO to get a signature witnessed.

I’ll tell you exactly what to have ready and quote you an exact total. This step is why appointments rarely go sideways.

I drive to you
Home, office, coffee shop, hospital room, parking lot. I’ll text when I’m on the way.

Sign, seal, done
I check your ID, you sign in front of me, I complete the certificate and apply my seal. Most appointments take under fifteen minutes.
